Dedicated User Management

Invite users with cluster-aware links, track pending signup invites, and safely change seat capacity on dedicated organizations.

1

Open the dedicated user manager

On a dedicated cluster, go to Subscriptions or use the User Manager button from an organization page. This screen is scoped to one dedicated organization and manages member access without using platform-wide system admin controls.

2

Invite members with the correct cluster entry link

Use Invite Member to send an access invite from the dedicated organization itself. The generated invite points users to the correct cluster host instead of the shared community site, and the UI keeps the latest invite URL visible so you can copy it if email delivery falls back.

3

Watch pending signup invites reserve seats

If the invited person has not finished signup yet, the reservation appears in Pending Signup Invites. These rows count against seat capacity until the invite is used or canceled, which prevents overbooking while a team rollout is in progress.

4

Adjust seat blocks without losing track of reserved access

When reducing capacity, the manager calculates how many active members and pending signup invites exceed the new target. Select the users or pending invites to remove, then apply the update so billing and membership stay in sync.

5

Verify active members after login

Existing users invited into a dedicated organization should become active once they authenticate successfully. For net-new users, the pending signup invite is promoted after they complete signup from the invite link.

Tip:If seat capacity is full, raise seat blocks before sending more invites. If an email does not send, copy the invite URL from the banner immediately after the invite is created so the person can still reach the right dedicated entry point.
